*Terms & conditions of the general air-conditioner servicing entitlement:

• Only AIG customers who purchased an eligible policy under the AIG Home Insurance Promotion which was held from 9th November 2022 to 8th February 2023 are entitled to the general air-conditioner servicing entitlement.
• This general air-conditioner servicing entitlement is for one occasion of general air-conditioner servicing for up to two air-conditioner units located in the same premises and is valid for a period of 3 months from the date customer receives the redemption notice from AIG via email or SMS. For the avoidance of doubt, the booking must be made and the servicing must be carried out within the 3 month validity period.
• The validity period cannot be extended.
• The general air-conditioning servicing includes:

1. 1. Checking and testing of electrical parts – Up to 24,000 BTU (2.5HP) Aircon
   2. Compressor health check
   3. Dusting of outdoor evaporator unit
   4. Flushing the drainage system
   5. Gas level check
   6. Washing of air con filter
   7. Wipe clean the surface of indoor unit

• In the event any other additional services and/or repairs are required and/or requested by you, the costs of such additional services and/or repairs will be borne by you. AIG will not be liable for any such costs incurred.
• Europ Assistance reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
